Sausalido

Sausalido is a full-service catering company, private dining bistro, and premier spice line that was opened in 2008 by Nicholas Mineo.

Chef Nick presents fresh and delicious gourmet dishes by executing authentic New American and European cuisine he likes to call Gourmet Comfort Food — food that not only tastes good but also makes you feel good.

The name Sausalido was inspired by Sausalito, the small, intimate community outside of San Francisco in Northern California, and by Chef Nick’s grandfather Lido. By focusing on fresh ingredients, local produce, value, knowledge, and service, Sausalido embodies its namesakes.
