The Construction Center for the Arts creates diverse, high-quality sets for Pittsburgh CLO’s critically acclaimed productions as well as for other regional performing arts organizations, national tours, Broadway productions and regional theaters throughout the United States. 

Working with nationally recognized designers, the Construction Center has defined itself as one of the largest, most cost efficient set building facilities between New York and Los Angeles. Construction Center staff includes experienced designers, scenic artists, technical staff and both shop and road carpenters.

In addition, the Construction Center serves as a storage facility for some of today’s most sought-after musical theater sets and through its reasonably priced set rental program offers theaters an affordable option to set construction.
