Diana Stoughton (Set Decorator)

Diana Stoughton is an American set decorator. She was nominated for an Academy Award in the category Best Production Design for the 2020 film “Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom.”

As a theatre major at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond Virginia, Diana studied the crafts as well as the concepts of storytelling. She graduated with a BFA and continued her education with a series of internships at assorted LORT houses before returning to Pittsburgh to work in various theatres for 3 years.
