Philip Beard

Philip Beard was born, raised and then stayed in Pittsburgh, where he practiced law full time for ten years before turning to writing. He is best known for his first novel, Dear Zoe, which was named by the American Library Association’s “Booklist” as one of its Ten Best First Novels of the year.
