Family Food Truckin

We are a team of family food truck owners working, traveling and making memories. Theme trucks available are:

• Mobile Chef which serves world fusion cuisine.
• Truckin’ Triangles serves an amazing American menu comprised of deliciously filled fried tortillas.
• Frost Fairy primarily serves premium Italian ice. We also serve dessert Belgium waffles, cappuccinos and hot chocolate.
• Mobile Chef Boardwalk is a dual food trailer that serves two separate menus. The Carnival Menu is inspired by midway themed food, while the Island Menu is inspired by different tropical, beachy countries’ dishes. The joining of the two menus reminds us of the wonderful boardwalk experience, hence the name.
