Founded in 2017, by a mother/daughter duo providing beverage catering & bartending to the City of Pittsburgh, TLC Libations now is the first black women owned distillery in Western PA.

Our craft beverages bring a unique and special touch to any event, venue or home. Our products are created and tested specifically for you with Tender, Love and Care.
