Paul Kubis and Shannon Miller developed their passion for crafting custom architectural concrete in 2003 with the inception of Concrete Artistry by Kubis. In 2005 they partnered up to form Outlaw Studios and moved to a 10,000 square foot studio in Pittsburgh’s historic Strip District.
